ISO 9001 and IEC68 provide the standards against which all of our products and services are measured. All new developments follow a strict Product Introduction Procedure ensuring high quality devices are delivered rapidly to evolving markets.

Westcode is certified to BS EN ISO 9001 and is regularly assessed by the British Standards Institution.

The Quality Department in-conjunction with other departments, ensures customer product and service satisfaction by products that perform to specification, "on-time" and at a "value for money" price.

Quality is the responsibility of every employee and performance to the internationally recognised standard, 

BS EN ISO 9001 is achieved by measures such as:

• Implementation of procedures to ensure consistent product quality and service

•  Review of product designs to ensure Customer's requirements are met and the Company has the capability, methods and skills to turn the design into viable products in an economic manner.

• Inspection of incoming goods from suppliers to prevent nonconforming goods reaching production.

• Definition of device test requirements and parameters.

• Internal auditing

• Quality system review to ensure continuous improvements

• Regular review and reporting of Product Yields, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Complaints and Returned Products, Supplier Performance / Nonconformances and Concessions.

• Formulation of the Company Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Policies
