Asymmetric Thyristors - Capsule Types
Introducing a new product range in Westcode's portfolio. Devices are available up to a voltage of 3300V. They exhibit very fast turn-on times and are capable of very high values of both critical di/dt and dv/dt. For the device type, they also exhibit high current ratings in excess of 1000A.
